About Jerusalem Cafe - Restaurant And Grill - Lombard

If you’re exploring Middle Eastern flavors in the western suburbs, Jerusalem Cafe - Restaurant And Grill - Lombard is one of those spots I always enjoy introducing to people who appreciate food that feels both comforting and thoughtfully prepared. Located at 300 W Roosevelt Rd, Lombard, IL 60148, this restaurant has a welcoming, down-to-earth vibe that makes it easy to drop in for a quick bite or settle in for a relaxed meal. The menu leans heavily into halal comfort food while still offering plenty of lighter and healthier options, which makes it appealing to a wide range of tastes and lifestyles. Whether you’re craving small plates to share, a satisfying vegetarian dish, or flavorful vegan options, there’s a sense that the kitchen takes pride in balance and freshness. I also like how accessible the experience is, since service options include Kerbside pickup, no-contact delivery, standard delivery, takeaway, and dine-in, making it simple to enjoy the food on your own terms. Coffee is available too, which pairs nicely with the warm, casual atmosphere and adds to the feeling that this is more than just a quick-service restaurant. The Middle Eastern influence shows up not only in the spices and recipes but also in the way the food is meant to be enjoyed-shared, savored, and appreciated without feeling rushed. For anyone nearby who wants reliable halal food, quick bites during a busy day, or a comfortable place to eat with friends, Jerusalem Cafe - Restaurant And Grill - Lombard fits naturally into the local dining scene while staying true to its roots and flavors.

Br Moosa and Br Eesa are amazing and incredible hosts who are passionate in serving their amazing Palestinian cuisine. Honestly cooking that is delicious food every entree, from lamb kabobs oh so juicy and tender, beef shish kabobs their signature grill entree and the combination feast which is the most bang for your buck. Amazing sauces that compliment the entrees, and the yellow pilaf rice reminds you of the streets of Arabia! Aromatic and delicious in every bite. And to our surprise they have the very best hands down smoothies made with fresh fruit! Mango banana was a complete 10/10 and I'm telling you the best smoothies hands down you can find. This part was a total surprise for my family! Highly recommend going here for dine in!

I got the falafels (crispy perfection), fries (seasoned just right), and the chicken kebab plate that tasted like it was straight outta someone’s grandma’s kitchen in the best way possible. Super authentic, super fresh. 10/10 would plan to eat here again.

Amazing experience; the food was great, and the service was even better. The man behind the counter (owner/manager?) gave us some nice recommendations, as I am from out of town and this was my first time coming here. After asking about the Persian tea, he described it and then went on to give us two cups of it to try; that is truly exceptional customer service. We ended up getting the chicken kabob entree, the hummus and shawarma, and falafel. Everything was delicious, and the falafel may be the best I ever tried! I highly recommend this place if you are in the area and want delicious food that is also healthy. The prices are also very reasonable.

This food is insanely good. It's so good it's almost unhinged. The smell is god tier. The flavor and level of seasoning is unbelievable. Juicy. Hot. I got a platter and each meat has a unique and distinct flavor that makes it almost impossible to decide what to put on my fork next Best middle eastern food I've ever had. Period. The smoothie and baklava was excellent too. The falafel was also very good, I'm disappointed in myself for not having ordered a dozen of them.

This is a destination eatery for us whenever we're in the area. The food is of excellent quality and everything is fresh and delicious. The owner is a friendly guy and knowing this is a small independent business, you can see the pride that is in the space. Today we had the lunch special which is under 10 bucks and so abundant I left with leftovers. Such a great deal! Everything cooked to perfection, the chicken and meats were tender, smoky, and memorably yummy. The salad was so fresh and perfectly crispy, the pitas so fluffy. We will be back again soon, Jerusalem Cafe!
